Our family went through the care system ourselves. We saw people doing genuinely good work, and we also saw how difficult the system could make things for the people who needed support and the families trying to help them.
SCL Support Services and SCL Home Care serve different groups of people, but the principle behind both is the same: get to know the person first, explain things clearly, and build the support around what actually matters to them.
